Will’s journey in the events industry began over a decade ago as an event assistant and quickly advanced through various roles, including Senior Producer and Head of Corporate Events. With 15 years of experience delivering complex events across diverse sectors such as retail and pharmaceuticals, Will excels in creative problem-solving and skillfully balancing logistics with attendee experience.
His leadership is marked by a steadfast commitment to excellence, ensuring that each event not only meets but exceeds expectations. He is known for his collaborative leadership style, always encouraging open communication and fostering a culture of creativity and inclusion.
Will believes in empowering his team members, helping them develop their skills and reach their full potential. In addition to his technical expertise, Will has a remarkable talent for building strong relationships with clients and suppliers.
